		<description>Your post reminds me of a sentence I read last night in Barbara Kingsolver's new book, The Lacuna.  The book is ripe with great imagery.  This metaphor was wonderful.  "This morning a white cat appeared here on the back step....The wind tugged fingers through the creature's coat, trying to unbutton the shaggy garment and pull it off."</description>
