I guess my concern for failure has more to do with the constant interruptions that a summer of art fairs brings. If I am on the road 3-4 days a week, there is no way I can complete it to my satisfaction, before so much time has passed that I totally lose interest. Though I really don't like the colors I have now. I probably would wait until I get in my water area before I made any drastic bear color changes. Honestly, the other thing I don't like about the image I have so far, is I feel the need for more space at the top. Which in this case means it needs to be put on another board. I have a painting that has never seemed right to me, and now it is becoming a chore to try to complete it. But you might complete your bear and hate it, and someone else might love it and buy it!
