I did take the reference photos at Britt several years back though. (Perhaps 5 or 6) I can say that the red behind the horses was from the event. I don't know whether it was hitch colors or just a wind shade. I shall call it "Three" but I know the real meaning is "Read between the lines"! It's my response to that man at the art college all those years ago.
