So here he is. I do plan on just a tiny bit more tweaking but I wanted to get the go ahead from the Rodeo Club before I stuck too much work in it. Overall I’m happy, He’s not great but for time involved and pressure level to get it done I am content.
This is about 4 hours work time. I used inktense for all of my base colors and Neocolor II watersoluble wax pastel for the rest. I really need to get a set of these. I have around 10 openstock colors and I think they are so quick, clean and fun. They may replace OP to some extent for me. Especially when it comes to demonstration work.
Oh and the Rodeo Club was very pleased. In fact she was surprised that I had any doubts at all that they’d be unhappy with it. So whew!

Wow! The eyes show that the bull has an attitude! As a bull should, I imagine! Did you say somewhere that the rodeo club is going to be selling t-shirts or something with this design on it?

Yup that’s the plan Louise. Whether they can make it happen in time I don’t know. Planning the rodeo is a huge amount of work. They wanted a new fund raiser for it and I suggested more of a commemorative t-shirt kinda like a lot of the art fairs I do, do. They’ve been selling the same rodeo t-shirts for the past 3 years.
They liked the idea and well I volunteered to do a pro-bono piece. I’ll also give them a framed print to do with what they want (If we can get the print done in time that is. I also got an official sold on the giraffe painting - meaning she agreed to my price so we need to get prints of that before the same deadline as well. Mike is NOT happy with me)

And Carol I’ll see what I can do. Lorie also expressed an interest. I know they are planning on doing a very limited edition of them (like 100 maybe more but not many more) so I will be sure to make sure at least 3 are set aside. (I mean I need one) Email me or comment here what size you’d like.
