I had thought about telling his whole story but then decided against it. Suffice it to say that there is no cure and the best we can hope for is recovery or remission. When I think of it in those terms I get really sad. But then I think, I am a diabetic, for which there is no cure. The best I can hope for is to stay as healthy as possible and live as close to a normal life as I can. So thats our goal for Mike. BTW being a diabetic kinda sucks but I still have a very enjoyable life. :) So I believe it is a possible goal for him as well. No, I don't have a list of people I can get to help at artfairs. I have always been the one to help others. Either Mike is with me or I do them alone. I am hopeful he will be in a place where he can help me in the upcoming fairs. Not sure if I'm being overly optimistic. But they are a month away yet. We'll see what happens when the time comes. Thanks for the well wishes from both of you.
