Probably, notice I said probably
As in, I foresee the background and all his bodacious floaty mane going in quickly and easily (just planting the seed there for my muse) and only taking one more afternoon’s work. We shall see.

P.S. I realize you asked about Buddy the other day and I did not answer. He seems pretty good as far as not being sore in his feet most days — which is great. He seems not to be in good muscular condition, though. I hope to have the vet give him his six month since founder (and as good as he will get lameness wise, according to the vet) very soon. Then I will find out how much I can excercise him to get him in a little better shape, maybe. I worry about the winter, but for now he seems fairly content.

Good to hear Buddy is holding his own. Winter is always a worry for a not totally healthy critter. I suppose that’s why older folks migrate to Florida. So is his poor muscle tone due to lack of moment on his part. I mean is he not moving around much due to pain or is it confinement (to keep him from moving around too much)? Yeah, that’s pretty clear huh?

I just think overall, though he does now actually trot and canter at times in the field — the sum total is so much less that he just has not gotten the exercise he once did.
